Efter att ha fått alla funktioner att fungera och att POT ej skickar några felkoder så är det dags att bygga en riktig kabelmatta. Dra alla extra kablar till bakluckan. Framförallt så måste handtagsbrytaren grenas av till POT så den förstår att luckan ska öppnas. Detta gör man på 74/601 vid stift 3.

bra idé, grattis till genomförandet! men jag ser att rapporten är ofullständig. hur löste du problemet med klämsensorer? utan dem kommer motorn inte att aktiveras, och POT kommer att tro att sensorn har utlösts. Kan du skicka ett detaljerat kopplingsschema? förlåt för texten, jag använder en översättare

In part 1 I write that I use a POT from 2010(2009 W49-) And that is because here is no sensors on POT 2010-. Simply use 31299153. The schematics is right above, use the pin-out described. -
Thanks for reply. Yes, you've right, i use 31218393 module! I installed a 10 kΩ resistor on each side of sensor. And now it work, but when i connect C2:4 GY-BN to BK-OG (Close button), the drive folds only a third, then stops and then does not respond to the button. perhaps Is there some kind of additional sensor for the position of the trunk lid, which should send a signal to the module that the lid is closing and you can continue driving?

In the normal, the closing button is connected to the ajar switch ground and are grounded(BK) Are you sure the ajar switch is in open position on YE-OG C2:5 when button is pressed?

Sorry for this question, but will it work without connecting to the CEM? I mean, if i only add “+”, and “-“ on the POT module, and connect switches to the POT? Is it possible to do without activating the POT function on the on-board computer? I only have VIDA + DICE. I am not have so many skills in electrical, but very interested in this idea, and want to be realized this and to do detailed review with your copyright.

The POT needs data from CEM like vehicle speed, ignition state and locked or unlocked status. If you do not connect POT to CAN it will go in "bus off" mode after about 30 seconds I belive.

You have to do a change in your cars configuration file, you can not do this with only VIDA.

Sadly not, the grommet comes with the hydraulic hoses 30754547.

I dont think you can change the parameter with V-dash. P3-tool will work.

So, today i finished setup by mechanical part, and tested it by switching power manually. And tailgate don’t opened. It is very hard for motor. The tailgate rise only about 5-10mm in part near the rear glass and no any movement. I think, the way of vector mechanism forces is incorrect, and tailgate need a little another corner, for correct work of POT element in this car. Very dissappointed, now searching about new tailgate loop and grommet without hole…

Better email me, I cant see why it wont lift. Which partnumber of hydraulic motor do you use? Have you the correct amount of fluid and the pressure valve not connected in this trial? Have you welded the hinge correct? Email me pics of mecanics and I have a look.
